Iti multumim pentru interesul fata de compania noastra si de serviciile comercializate de noi. Cand intri intr-o relatie de orice fel cu noi, ne incredintezi informatiile tale.

Conform cerintelor Regulamentului (UE) 2016/679 privind protectia persoanelor fizice in ceea ce priveste prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si privind libera circulatie a acestor date si de abrogare a Directivei 95/46/CE (in continuare denumit „GDPR”) aplicabil din data de 25 mai 2018, avem obligatia de a administra in conditii de siguranta si numai pentru scopurile specificate, datele personale pe care ni le furnizati prin utilizarea site-ului nostru, in acord cu prevederile GDPR.

Scopul acestei Politici de confidentialitate este sa iti explice ce date prelucram, de ce le prelucram si ce facem cu ele.

Iti luam in serios confidentialitatea si nu vindem niciodata liste sau adrese de e-mail. Fiind pe deplin constienti de faptul ca informatiile personale iti apartin, facem tot posibilul sa le stocam in siguranta si sa le prelucram cu atentie, daca acestea sunt solicitate in prealabil de noi, in mod direct sau oferite de tine, voluntar si numai cu scopul de a le utiliza pentru un scop mentionat.

Protectia datelor dumneavoastra cu caracter personal este foarte importanta pentru societatea noastra , ale caror date sunt specificate in sectiunea de contact, si ne dorim ca dumneavoastra sa fiti informat corespunzator cu privire la modul si scopurile In care prelucreaza datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal.

SC Kazuko Group SRL a luat masuri tehnice si organizatorice adecvate pentru protejarea datelor cu caracter personal impotriva distrugerii accidentale sau ilegale, pierderii, modificarii, dezvaluirii, accesului neautorizat sau oricarei alte forme de prelucrare ilegala, precum si cu privire la stergerea sau rectificarea datelor inexacte sau incomplete din punct de vedere al scopului pentru care sunt colectate si pentru care vor fi ulterior prelucrate, in scopuri in care dumneavoastra veti fi informat. (exemplu: stocarea unor date necesare livrarii coletelor, unui retur, numar de telefon pentru livrare sau newsletter, inscrieri la concursuri, etc.)

1. Principiile prelucrarii datelor cu caracter personal

1.1.  Sunt prelucrate cu buna-credinta si in conformitate cu dispozitiile legale in vigoare.

1.2.  Sunt colectate in scopuri bine determinate, explicite si legitime, iar prelucrarea ulterioara nu va fi incompatibila cu aceste scopuri.

1.3.  Sunt adecvate, pertinente si neexcesive prin raportare la scopul in care sunt colectate si ulterior prelucrate si nu se stocheaza pentru o perioada mai lunga decat este necesar pentru realizarea scopurilor In care au fost colectate.

2. Reguli generale

2.1.  Prezenta Politica stabileste masuri tehnice si organizatorice implementate de societatea noastra, pentru indeplinirea obligatiilor referitoare la confidentialitatea si securitatea prelucrarilor efectuate In cadrul activitatii sale. Prin cerinte minime de Securitate si confidentialitate este avut in vedere un complex de masuri tehnice, informatice, organizatorice, logistice si proceduri prin care se asigura un nivel minim de securitate al prelucrarilor.

2.2.  Pentru Indeplinirea prevederilor legale aferente si In vederea satisfacerii cerintelor pastrarii In siguranta a datelor si informatiilor, societatea noastra a elaborat si implementat o serie de politici si masuri organizatorice si tehnice orientate privind:

–        Utilizarea dispozitivelor mobile

–        Securitatea informatiei

–        Pastrarea , gestionarea si accesul la date cu character personal

–        Masuri antispam

–        Asigurara securitatii fizice

–        Utilzarea emailului si a internetului

–        Instruirea si asigurarea confidentialitatii personalului si a persoanelor imputernicite;

3. Categoriile de date cu caracter personal colectate si scopul colectarii

Datele cu caracter personal la care se face referire in prezenta Politica includ elemente de identificare, dupa caz, de tipul nume si prenume, telefon, adresa de domiciliu, adresa de livrare, adresa de e-mail, date bancare sau alte asemenea, care servesc la identificarea dumneavoastra sau a persoanelor care va reprezinta ori pe care le reprezentati.

Societatea noastra se angajeaza in fata clientilor sai sa nu furnizeze aceste date unor terte persoane sau companii , sub forma de baze de date (gratuit sau contracost) si sa le utilizeze exclusiv in vederea derularii relatiei comerciale dintre parti. Colectarea si prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal ale minorilor de catre societatea noastra se vor face doar cu acordul explicit al parintilor sau al altor reprezentanti legali.

Colectam urmatoarele tipuri de date personale de la dvs. si le folosim la:

– Nume si prenume– avem nevoie de aceste date pentru livrarea produselor comandate

– E-mail– adresa de e-mail o folosim pentru a va confirma comanda, pentru a va informa despre stadiul comenzii dvs, pentru a va trimite ofertele cerute de dumneavoastra. De asemenea adresa de e-mail o folosim pentru a comunica cu dumneavoastra pentru a va rezolva o problema

– Numar de telefon – pentru a va putea contacta pentru confirmarea comenzii, pentru a va putea oferi detalii cu privire la comanda, pentru a va putea contacta in momentul in care comanda este completa sau aceasta este in curs de expediere catre dumneavoastra. Va vom contacta pentru a grabi rezolvarea unei probleme; comunicarea va fi inregistrata pentru a documenta problema dvs si rezolvarea ei. Pe numarul de telefon veti primim SMS-uri cu informatii despre comanda sau oferta dumneavoastra

– Detalii de facturare, adresa – avem nevoie de aceste date, pentru facturarea, livrarea si intocmirea documentelor fiscal anuale

– Cont bancar – pentru a returna contravaloarea banilor in cazul unui retur

4. Destinatarii datelor cu caracter personal prelucrate

O parte din aceste date pot fi comunicate doar catre parteneri contractuali ai Societatii noastre, denumiti destinatari (ex: parteneri contractuali si potentiali parteneri contractuali ai operatorului angajati ai societatii, firme de curier si posta) precum si altor persoane fizice sau juridice imputernicite sa prelucreze date cu caracter personal in numele societatii (ex: avocati, contabili, auditori, consultanti)

Datele dumneavoastra personale vor putea fi transmise autoritatilor in drept cu scopul verificarii tranzactiilor comerciale sau altor autoritati in drept pentru efectuarea oricaror verificari justificate in baza legii. Datele furnizate sunt strict confidentiale. Societatea noastra se angajeaza in fata clientilor sai sa nu furnizeze aceste date unor terte persoane sau companii , sub forma de baze de date (gratuit sau contracost) si sa le utilizeze exclusiv in vederea derularii relatiei comerciale dintre parti. Colectarea si prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal ale minorilor de catre societatea noastra se vor face doar cu acordul explicit al parintilor sau al altor reprezentanti legali.

5. Drepturile persoanelor a caror date personale sunt colectate si/sau prelucrate

Beneficiati de urmatoarele drepturi cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal care va privesc:

5.1.  Dreptul de informare

Aveti dreptul de a obtine de la SC Kazuko Group Srl cel putin urmatoarele informatii, cu exceptia cazului In care sunteti deja in posesia  informatiilor respective:

1. a)  identitatea operatorului si a reprezentantului acestuia, daca este cazul;
2. b)  scopul in care se face prelucrarea datelor;
3. c)  informatii suplimentare, precum: destinatarii sau categoriile de destinatari ai datelor; daca furnizarea tuturor datelor cerute este obligatorie si consecintele refuzului de a le furniza; existenta drepturilor prevazute de prezenta lege pentru persoana vizata, In special a dreptului de acces, de interventie asupra datelor si de opozitie, precum si conditiile In care pot fi exercitate;
4. d)  orice alte informatii a caror furnizare este impusa prin dispozitie a autoritatii de supraveghere, tinand seama de specificul prelucrarii.

5.2.  Dreptul de acces la date

Aveti, de asemenea, dreptul de a obtine de la SC Kazuko Group SRL, la cerere si in mod gratuit pentru o solicitare pe an, confirmarea faptului ca datele care va privesc sunt sau nu sunt prelucrate de Societatea noastra.

5.3  Dreptul de interventie asupra datelor

Totodata, aveti dreptul de a obtine de la operator, la cerere si In mod gratuit, rectificarea, actualizarea, blocarea sau stergerea datelor a caror prelucrare nu este conforma legii, in special a datelor incomplete sau inexacte.

5.4  Dreptul de opozitie

5.5  Dreptul de a nu fi supus unei decizii individuale

Un alt drept de care beneficiati este dreptul de a cere si de a obtine retragerea/ anularea/ reevaluarea oricarei decizii care produce efecte juridice In privinta dumneavoastra, adoptata exclusiv pe baza unei prelucrari de date cu caracter personal, efectuata prin mijloace automate, destinata sa evalueze unele aspecte ale personalitatii dumneavoastra, precum competenta profesionala, credibilitatea, comportamentul ori alte asemenea aspecte.

5.6  Dreptul de a va adresa justitiei

In acelasi timp, aveti, dreptul de a va adresa justitiei pentru apararea oricaror drepturi garantate de lege, care v-au fost Incalcate.

6. Dezvaluirea datelor cu caracter personal catre terti

Datele colectate sunt dezvaluite catre terti numai in cazul In care societatea noastra este tinuta de o obligatie legala In acest sens. Orice dezvaluire catre terti In alte conditii a datelor cu caracter personal va fi facuta numai cu acordul dumneavoastra expres, exprimat In prealabil.
